Information, blocking, deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correct, block or delete this data.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

For most data processing operations your explicit consent is necessary. Of course you can revoke an already given consent at any time.

The lawfulness of the data processing that took place up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to data transferability

You have the right to have data which I process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to yourself or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you wish the data to be transferred directly to another responsible party, this will only be done as far as it is technically feasible.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of data protection violations, you have the right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in data protection matters is the data protection commissioner of the federal state in which my company is located. An up-to-date list of the data protection commissioners and their contact details can be found at this address: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

If you have any questions about this or personal data, you can contact me at any time at the address given above.

The contents of our pages were created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents are correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information from third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of any such legal infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not identified at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

The contents and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are observed. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such contents immediately.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The use by third parties of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purpose described above.

Your rights

Data collection on my website

Your data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to me (e.g. via a form).

Other data is automatically collected by the hoster when you visit my website.

Part of this data is collected to provide the website without errors. Other data for analysis and statistics.

Personal data is only transferred to third parties if it is essential for the processing of the contract. This is the case, for example, with financial institutions that handle payment and with companies that I use for quotations, invoicing and accounting.

Furthermore, your data will not be transmitted to third parties without your consent.

Excluded from this is the transfer of data if a legal or judicial permission is given or if I involve third parties who are obliged to professional secrecy to enforce my rights.

The basis for the above-mentioned data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Server log files

The provider with whom I host my website automatically collects and stores information about website visitors in so-called server log files. This information is automatically transmitted by your browser.

These are:

+ Browser type and version

+ Operating system used

+ referrer URL

+ Hostname of the accessing computer

+ time of the server request

+ IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses TLS encryption (also known by the old name “SSL”). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser shows “https://”, as well as by the lock symbol in your browser line. If TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

Cookies

This website sometimes uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text information that your browser stores. Cookies are not always evil. For example, they enable visitor interactions.

Most of the cookies I use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable me to recognize your browser on your next visit. Cookies do not contain any personal data and can therefore not be directly assigned to you as a user. Please note that certain cookies are already set when you visit my website.

Cookies, which are necessary for the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping basket function), are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. I as the website operator have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of my services. Other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) that are stored are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

If you send me an e-mail

I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. also when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

If you send me an e-mail, this data will be stored by me. The processing of the transmitted data is based on pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The legally prescribed storage period for business letters (including fax and e-mail) is 6 years according to § 257 HGB.

I take care that your data is protected against unauthorized access and knowledge by third parties according to the current state of technology.

Contact form

If you contact me via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with me until the purpose for which the data is stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Analysis Tools

When visiting my website your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This happens mainly with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find more detailed information in the following passages:

Google Analytics

My website uses Google Analytics. Cookies are set on your end device to analyse how you use this website. The data collected in this way is transferred to Google and stored in the USA. You can find more information about Google Analytics in the Google privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

You can prevent these cookies from being stored on your device by changing the settings of your browser. However, this can lead to the fact that the use of my website will then only be possible with restrictions. In addition, by installing a browser tool, you can prevent the usage data and IP address from being recorded and processed by Google. You can download the tool for installation here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

This tracking and analysis service is provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the link below. This will set an opt-out cookie that will prevent the collection of your information when you visit this site in the future: click here to disable data collection.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. I, as a website operator, have a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both my website and my advertising.

Google Analytics commissioned data processing

By contract data processing (ADV) the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) understands the collection, processing and/or use of personal data by a service provider (in this case Google) on behalf of the responsible party (in this case me as operator of the website). The ADV is to be regulated by contract, the requirements for such a contract are specified in §11 BDSG.

In order to comply with the German data protection laws, I have concluded such an ADV contract with Google for the use of Google Analytics.

Browser Plugin

You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser. However, I would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

In addition, by installing a browser tool, you can prevent the usage data and IP address from being collected and processed by Google. You can download the tool for installation here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Demographic characteristics at Google Analytics

My website uses the “demographic characteristics” feature of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain information about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising by Google as well as from visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be attributed to any specific person. You can disable this feature at any time in your Google Account Ads settings or opt-out of having your information collected by Google Analytics as explained in the section called “Opting out of data collection”.

Third party tools

Google Web Fonts

For the uniform representation of fonts I use so-called web fonts on my website, which are provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This tells Google that my website was accessed via your IP address.

The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of my online offer and represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Online access and data management

The newsletter can also be accessed online with your browser via a link, which will take you to the pages of MailChimp. There the web analysis tool Google Analytics is used. I have no influence and no access to this data collection. You can find further information in the privacy policy of MailChimp (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/). You can prevent Google Analytics tracking with the usual measures and other methods such as browser plugins.

Legal basis Basic data protection regulation

In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) in force from 25 May 2018, I hereby inform you that consent to the sending of e-mail addresses is given on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO and § 7 Para. 2 No. 3, or Para. 3 UWG. The use of the mail service provider MailChimp, the execution of statistical surveys and analyses as well as the logging of the registration procedure are based on my legitimate interests according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. My interest is the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves my business interests and meets your expectations.
